It's so surreal that Tums turned 3.
I feel like I just gave birth to her! Well... kind of. She said she wanted to go to Chuck E Cheese and the playground of her birthday. So that's what we did.
She skipped the pizza and went for my salad instead. I love that she likes eating veggies and fruit over most things. Now if I can get her to stop asking for soda and chocolate. We'd be on to something.
She had the most fun at Chuck E Cheese and I'm glad she did!
Honestly, they have one of the best salad bars. Ever. I use to go to Chuck E Cheese every week just for their salad bar back in the day. I haven't had this in years. It was so yum!
After we took her to the playground. This is a new one her and her dad go to whenever she wants to go. It's massive! I was climbing on stuff and we played hide and seek. There were a ton of kids there though because the weather was finally nice and Tums has this habit of trying to make friends with other kids. Most of the time they just walk away, and every time I'm like aw, my poor bebe. I wish she was about to understand how to make friends lol!
She wanted a chocolate cake so that's what we got her. I also got her Baby Shark themed balloons that are behind her in this photo. She liked them; she kept pointing out Baby Shark. This cake was delicious. It wasn't the ice cream cake I had planned on getting her, but even I really liked this cake!
Happy Birthday Tums. You've been one of the best things to happen to me in Texas and I'm so proud of the person you're going to be. You're bright, curious, helpful, happy and compassionate. You're always there to comfort me when I'm not feeling ok. And you've always been like that. I don't know how I got so lucky to have you in my life but I'm glad you chose me to be your mom.
Don't ever change Tums. You're perfect exactly as you are.
